The Bench2Bench Walk returns on 30th May 2026, taking us from the historic home of Old Penarthians RFC all the way to Nantyglo RFC — a 37-mile journey built around connection, conversation, and community.
This isn’t just a walk. It’s a movement.
We’re inviting everyone — players, supporters, families, friends, and local communities — to join us for all or part of the route. Whether you’re stepping out for one mile or all thirty-seven, you’ll be walking with purpose: to show that nobody has to struggle alone.
Full Route - Old Penarthians RFC to Nantyglo RFC (35miles) - £25pp Entry or £20pp Entry for groups of 4 or more
Your entry fee includes:
- T-shirt
- Finish line food and drinks
- Refreshment supplies along the route
- Refreshments at each checkpoint (rugby club)
- Support vehicle along the route
- Access to a free fundraising page to support Speakeasy Club's mission of free mental health resources across the UK.
The Final Push - Abertillery RFC to Nantyglo RFC (5 Miles) - It's FREE to sign up! We want to make this final stretch as fun and accessible as possible. No age limit, join us for the final push up the hill to the finish line. Please join us for whatever your reasons, but if you want to fundraise for Speakeasy Club as well, we would be very, very greatful :)

Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.
