On Friday 26th I’ll be walking from my current rugby club (Chepstow) to a club I once played for (Old Penarthians) to raise money for Speakeasy… 36miles of Welsh coastline!Speakeasy have been on a mission to put a bench in all sports clubs to encourage people to open up about their mental health, not only about talking to one another but it also has a QR code on the bench to provide support to someone who isn’t ready to open up.Please support me raise as much cash as possible for a great charity!
