The Bench2Bench Walk returns on 20th June 2026, taking us from the historic home of Old Penarthians RFC all the way to Nantyglo RFC — a 36-mile journey built around connection, conversation, and community.

This isn’t just a walk. It’s a movement.

We’re inviting everyone — players, supporters, families, friends, and local communities — to join us for all or part of the route. Whether you’re stepping out for one mile or all thirty-six, you’ll be walking with purpose: to show that nobody has to struggle alone.

Along the way, we’ll share stories, check in with one another, and celebrate what happens when people come together with open minds and open hearts.
